Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)

The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was released for public comment in January 2001. The Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) will be released for public review on August 8,2003. Both documents are available for review at the District 3-0 office in Montoursville. Please call the project toll free number (1-888-878-2788) if you wish to view a copy of either the draft or final EIS.
